Bio: Tom is an Interfaith/Interspiritual Pastor who began practicing meditation while on an intensive retreat at the Center for Action and Contemplation in Albuquerque, NM. The week spent in silence and meditation was a life changing experience.

He was called by the denominational church to open a “Drop-In-Center” at Centenary Church (Centenary CARES, a.k.a. The Bridge) to serve the homeless people in downtown St Louis in 2005.

He began to study world religions and philosophies and is a believer in cross-cultural contemplative insight being a catalyst for social change. Tom has dedicated himself to rediscovering our individual spirituality through silence and the practice of meditation as a Pastor and Spiritual Life Coach.
