Bio: Retired after 28 years of service to HRA as a social worker with Child Protective Services, Adoption and Foster Care and the last 8 years of my services were spent as Director of Senior Centers. In the interium I was ordained as a minister and have since been applying all my certification skills , innate talents and abilities on a need basis.
