Bio: I am Spiritual Nutritionist, Sacred Foods Chef, Sacred Arts Practitioner, Writer, and founder of Passport ll Balance, LLC.
I'm currently a doctoral candidate at The New Seminary for Interfaith Studies with a focus on Goddess Spirituality & Sacred Foods. I studied Community Health Nutrition, Women's Wellness, and Spirituality at Union Theological Seminary at Columbia University.
I received my Culinary Arts training from The CHOW Institute in New York NY focused primarily on vegetarian and vegan cuisines. I am also an Initiate of the Ancient Kemetic Spirituality, Kemetic Yoga Practitioner, and Queen Afua's Sacred Woman Practitioner. Along with certifications in Herbal Medicine, Holistic Nutrition, and Holistic Health Coaching, and The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health.
